Diffusion terms of service

1. Purpose
Diffusion (diffusion.belrive.co) is an internal tool operated by Bel Rive that lets authorised users schedule and publish their own content to their own social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube). Using Diffusion means you accept these terms.
2. Access
Access is restricted to people whose account was created by the administrator. Each user is responsible for keeping their password and second authentication factor confidential. Each user only sees and uses the social accounts they connected themselves.
3. Content
You are solely responsible for the content you publish through Diffusion. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights (images, videos, music, trademarks, people shown) and that you comply with each network's rules, including the Instagram terms, Facebook terms, Threads terms, LinkedIn User Agreement, TikTok terms and YouTube Terms of Service.
When publishing to TikTok, you choose the privacy level, allowed interactions and any commercial disclosure yourself, and you agree to TikTok's Branded Content Policy and Music Usage Confirmation.
4. How the service works
Diffusion sends your content to the networks through their official APIs. Actual publication depends on those networks (processing time, posting limits, content rejection, outages). Diffusion shows the status of each post and any errors, but cannot guarantee publication.
Until a network has approved the app audit, posts on that network are published as private.
5. Liability
Diffusion is provided "as is" for internal use. Bel Rive is not liable for decisions made by social networks (content removal, account suspension) or for the consequences of content published by a user.
6. Suspension
The administrator may suspend access in case of use contrary to these terms or to the networks' rules.
